The specificity matters. Clear targets are more motivating than open-ended goals.
Types of challenges that work well
Earnings milestones — "Earn £X this month to unlock Y." Simple, transparent, and directly tied to agency revenue.
Consistency challenges — "Stream for at least 4 hours on 5 days this week." Rewards regular activity, which is often more valuable than occasional high-earning sessions.
Platform diversification — "Earn from at least 3 different platforms this month." Encourages models to expand their presence and reduces single-platform risk.

Designing your rewards
Rewards don't have to be purely financial. Recognition matters too. A leaderboard, a "model of the month" spotlight, or early access to new features can be just as motivating as cash bonuses for some models.
